I'm Pentapati Pawan Sai from Vizianagaram. I have completed a Master's in Computer Applications from AQJ College, Visakhapatnam. I have done my Graduation degree in B.Sc. Computers from Maharajah's College, Vizianagaram. I Completed my Inter from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vizianagaram. I did my schooling at Sri Gurudatta Public School, Vizianagaram. I belong to a nuclear family.

I started my career as a claim benefit Specialist from Concentrix Daksh, Visakhapatnam in Health Care Domain (Representative, Operations). I was engaged in pulling inventory and distributing it among Team. Handled Escalation emails and cleared aging claims on time replying to clients. Worked as SME and Trainer in IDP (Internal Development Program).

Supported high-dollar team and conducted training sessions for newly hired batch. Further, promoted to NCO Auditor as a Quality Analyst Lead for Vizag and NCR locations. Conducted quality huddles and weekly update training. Besides, I originated macros using logic to make the work easier to process

I joined Amazon World Trade Centre, Bangalore in November 2021 as a Business Operational Specialist (Ops) under Restricted Products (RP). The Conversion happened from RP to AIT (Audits and Insight Team) in which I took on different tasks like Auditing ASINs, CER, Allocating Inventory, Rule Writing, and Automation.

It was really a best experience working with Amazon which helped me to discover and explore many areas. Interacting with other teams helped me to discover more. I took part in the rule writing team where I acquired more process knowledge in implementing insights. Most of the Insights have been implemented which helped the team to make the process smooth and fast.
